Two new bugs related to the relationship matrix:
- if you select the "use alias if available" option the entries are still sorted by name, not alias
- redundant connections between elements are shown as bidirectional even if they point in the same direction.

At least this one resolved to my unability to tick the "Sort Axes" option. I was misleaded by the alphabetical sorting of elements in the model so it looked like a sorting had already taken place but it was not.
Ticking the "Sort Axes" option resolved the issue.
