child package > not working properly

Hi, according to the documentation (PDF, 15.1.1.4.5), placing text and field codes in the "child package >" and "child element >" section placeholders provides formatting for the child that is not inherited from its parent.

I've tried this but it only seems to work on the 2nd package onwards - the first package's children are rendered just like the parent.

Any ideas why? Or do you think this is a bug?

I'm using version 7.5.850.34
