Test Window not showing up

Hi there, I'm a new user so forgive me if this is an naive question. I'm using 7.5.850 Corporate Edition, and for some reason some views/windows not showing up all of a sudden. I can see those views/windows were selected under View menu (e.g. Testing, Maintanence etc.), but I can't de-select them (they always show selected with a checked mark on) using mouse click nor using the hotkey shortcut (i.e. Alt-3, Alt-4 etc.) Any idea?

Alex,

First thing to try is to reset the default visual layout
First select another visual layout (Iconix) and then select the default again. (View/Visual Layouts).
This something happens when you work with two monitors.

Another possibility is that the windows are still there, but minimized to a single line (hardly visible).
