missing requirementsmanagement2.htm

Hi,

working me through the documentation of EA there is a Topic:
Getting Started -> Advanced Topics -> Requirementsmanagement.

Clicking on this topic, I receive the error message "The program can not show the website"

The reason seams to be that the file requirementsmanagement2.htm is not available after the installation.
