Can't login to registered users section

Hi,

Last week for some reason I couldn't access the registered user section anymore.
IE (7) doesn't ask for a user/password anymore, but I immediately get the 401 page.
Does anyone have the same issue?
Has something changed on the site?

Pretty annoying since I would like to download the new release.

Don't get me started  

I whish I had a choice, unfortunately the policy at my client only allows IE7  

Guess I'll have to download it at home, and smuggle it in with a usb stick
