DAO.Database 3000, Reserved error -1601-Get Latest

Hi guys!

I'm using:
- build 863, this also happend on previous build I had 861;
- SVN version control
- the EA project which is updated for many years through many builds

In that project, there are 2 or 3 packages for which when I do Get Latest or Check Out, I get error dialog box with content:
"DAO.Database [3000[
Reserved error (-1601); there is no message for this error"
when I click OK, the Get latest or check out process continues

I've noticed that Project Integrity Check finds a lot of Orphaned objects, an invalid package object, an invalid operation parametere, and a couple of Missing information.

We are a team who is using SVN as the repository for controlled packages, each has private EA model (project), mostly in this project we are modeling data models in which tables have FK-s to tables in OTHER version controlled packages.

Can someone instruct me what to check, what to do to remove this problem and not to have it again?

Please also attach a copy of the file
"C:\Program Files\Sparx Systems\EA\DBError.txt"
or paste its contents into the report.
