Permission Issues

Although I have permission for Project Management Information I am not allowed of adding new ressources to my project. Since I have also admin rights, I've tried to set/unset the permissions but the save button is not enabled and therefore it won't be set.

I have tried set/unset several times in a row and I got the icon for new resources but it was not saved.

Is there any workaround?
