Edit a link in a note

Hi,
I have an EA 9.0.906. When I make a link (link to enxternal file, link to other element) in a note of an element (a Requirement element), than I cannot edit/change the link target. Is is a bug or do I miss something?

E.g. the link target is a file C:\ea\req1.doc and I want to change it to C:\ea\req2.doc. The only way now is to delete the link and create a new one  .

Also, I cannot see the link target. E.g. if I come later I just want to see to which file the link points without opening the file
