Problem with eastern europe sings

There is a problem when I'm generating test documentation to rtf file.
(Project -> Documentation -> Testing Report..)
File's metadata is:
{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\uc1 \deff0\deflang1033\deflangfe1033{\fonttbl{\f0\froman\fcharset0\fprq2{\*\panose 02020603050405020304}Times New Roman;}{\f3\froman\fcharset2\fprq2{\*\panose 05050102010706020507}Symbol;}

displayed in text editor after export:

I need in each file change fcharset0 to fcharset1250.

I can't find possibility to set it in options.
EA v.9 nothing changes in this subject
