Fix copy/paste issues please

Sparx,

Please fix the copy/paste issues in the 9.x release.  The s/w does not recognize content on the clipboard and properly show the 'paste' menu item.  Copying text from one area does not reflect properly in the copy/paste menus as having content already on the clipboard.  This is a simple fix, please work on it by the next release.  I reported this via a bug report over 60 days ago.
