Accidently deleted a package - recover hope nil?

Hi,

I had a scratchpad in use on my desktop which is not packed up. I have NOT lost the file but I deleted a package whilst daydreaming & thinking I was deleting a package.

Am I totally stuffed? Is there any way to find a package you have deleted?

Advice very very much appreciated.

Your only hope is a good memory. I mean that grey stuff between your ears. At least you learned a lesson: I always shall backup my work.
