Problem with the trial version

I m Simon,
I disturb you because I still have a problem with the trial version of the tool Enterprise Architect. I downloaded the evaluation version few days ago and I cannot use it anymore. When I try to launch it the following message appears: “Invalid evaluation period! Enterprise Architect cannot continue” and there is a red cross on the calendar. Whereas the trial period should last at least 20 more days. Someone told me to maintain the Control key when I press the Continue Trial button to enter a key to extend the trial period. But nothing happened when I held the Ctrl key.
Would one of you have an idea about what I could do? I would like to continue to discover this wonderful tool and to be able to do my job...

That error typically comes from fiddling with the date on your computer. (eg. An attempt to fool EA that the trial hadn't expired.)

But certainly, do contact support as suggested.
