General Board / new to EA - learning advice

I am trying to transition from a career in I.T to a career in business systems analysis.  I am trying to get myself familiar with as many tools and methodologies, and so on, that you all use in your field.

EA looks quite intimidating at first glance, can someone recommend some good reading or tutorials available for purchase or on the web that might help me learn the basic use of the software?

I haven't been able to find a tuturial just yet.
