Automation Interface, Add-Ins and Tools / MDG eclipse and gensrc (e.g. with xdoclet)

Hi,

we work on an EJB project using xdoclet generating EJB interfaces and classese (local/remote Home, CMP, ..) in a separate src-folder, beside of our "normal" eclipse-source-folder.

Question: Is it possible to connect only to our "normal" source-folder - i do not want to see and merge the source generated via xdoclet.
