Hi!

When i export a diagramm with vertical text (e.g. the text in a partition in an Activity Diagramm) to an RTF report with EMF the text is mixed up.

The export with <CTRL T> seems to work.

The Diagram Notes can be added as move-able object, using the "commonm Tool box".

Since EA7.5 the Diagram Details can not be moved within the diagram. E.g. for Sequence charts this is annoying, because the Details are placed in the upper left corner, where the first object usually is located.

Can the Diagram Details be placed somehow, as in the EA versions prior to 7.5?

General Board / Export all Diagrams to unique EMF-image

Hi!

I'would like to export all Diagrams of my model to an unique EMF-image. The image should be named like the diagram-name, not something like "EAID_4C4FADD6_CBF5_4d33_B65D_3739E00B07C4.emf"

I can use <CTRL-T> to export one diagram, but i need an automated way for all the diagrams.

When I use "Export Package to XMI" and chooses "Generate Diagram Images" I get the cryptic file names.

General Board / Structured Activity from Component Operation

Hi

I've added some "Components" to my project. The "Components" have different "Operations".
The "Components" should illustrate a C-source file. The "Opperations" are the functions of this module.

Now i want to use this "Components" in "Activity-", "Sequence-" and  "State-Charts". When I drag an "Opperation" to an "Activity-Chart" the tool draws an "Action" that is linked to the "Opperation". The problem is, that i would like to model the "Opperation" as a "Sub-Activity-diagramm". For that I would like to add the "Opperation" as "Structured Activity", not as "Action" to the diagramm. I can use the switch "Composite Element" on the "Action" to get a sub-diagramm, but then i do not have the "8" symbol that illustrates the sub-diagramm.

Is there a possibility to transfor the "Action" to an "Structured Activity"?

The problem seems not to be present on activity charts.
We are using the current version of EA.

We are using "Diagrams Only Report ..." to generate *.EMFs from our diagrams.
This diagrams are referenced from Word.

Unfortunately the sequence charts contain sometimes a huge border on to top or bottom. When importing them in Word, they have to be cutted every time again. This is annoying.

In the diagram settings we've tried the following configurations:
Scaled Printing:
* None
* Scale to 1 Page
