Well yes, that works, and thanks for the answer.  But, I do wish Sparx would get this fixed.

I will post to their support site.

Is there any way you can print to a file, then just print that file outside of EA?

I can try to print any diagram to a Lexmark x5470 printer on USB port.  Get a blue screen with (win2k32.sys ) error.

No problems in other programs. Just EA.  Repeatable.

Please assist, I need to print these diagrams.

General Board / Auto-resize not working

v 4.51.750

I have several diagrams.     Now, when viewing one and pressing Ctrl-A, then Alt-Z, for auto-resize, all the diagrams reduce to about a 100 x 100 square, and the attributes, methods and such just overlap into the page area.  After that, autolayout just lines the little boxes up and you get a real jumbled mess.  This is a repeatable item.  

Please advise.

OK, OK enough already!  Jeez, I feel like Trent Lott.  Sorry I used the verbiage that I did (about Sparks team working when they feel like it).  I was just a little peeved.  I didn't eat my Wheaties, or something.  And, in my infinite wisdom, I posted that message as a guest, so I can't modify it and take the words out (that's golden, isn't it?).  Sorry I defiled the EA temple.

Hey, let's get one thing straight, I like the product, OK?  That's why I bought it.  

I just want MY bug fixed (and it is a bug, by the way -- it is an existing feature that is not working as planned).

Everybody reading this - BUY ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - it is well worth it.  Heck, buy two and give one to your sister for crying out loud.  

There, is that better?

Point well taken.  However, there has been more than one build since the problem was reported, and it is still unresolved.  As hard as the staff is working, it's still an annoyance being the person with the bug that gets put on the back burner.

OK,

Let's make this simple.

1. Open a diagram
2. Right click, choose Diagram Properties
3. Click Page Setup button
4. Change the margin settings (to anything different)
5. Click OK
6. Click Page Setup button again
7. Were changes saved? (on mine, EA 3.10 build 504, the answer is no).

Any suggestions?
