Automation Interface, Add-Ins and Tools / Highlighting diagram elements

Hi,

I want to write a small add-in for EA which should be able of highlighting single elements of the currently opened diagram(s), but I don't know how.

Until now a can only access the DiagramObject(s) of the current diagram, but I don't find any properties like "ForegroundColor", "BackgroundColor" or something similar.

Does anyone know if this is actually possible (and maybee how)?
