PCS Bugs and Issues / WebEA Artifact "Download" button not working in MS Edge

We have uploaded internal documents to the repository and can download them without issue in Firefox. Clicking the "Download" button in Edge provides no response though. I have not identified any settings in Edge that are responsible, but am open to suggestions.
