I need to automate MDG activation (on model/repo load -> EA_FileOpen). However I'm not able to achieve it with EA namespace... Can anyone help me?

And to be more precise:

To make redefined ArchiMate Application Component visible in Prolaborate Lifecycle Configuration I had to extend it to Component metaclass in MDG. If I keep simple <<redefines>> relation do ArchiMate3::ArchiMate_ApplicationComponent Prolaborate does not even list it in available stereotype dropdown... It needs to be extended... I'm not sure if this is the way how I should deal with iy, but apparently simple redefinition does not work i Prolaborate.

Yes.

Did it in all possible ways: predefined values (only ones working to be shown in Lifecycle Configuration) and as separate DataTypes in MDG (those ones do not even appear in lifecycle configuration).

Hi. 5.4 up and running, however issue is still in place... Please advice how to show date tagged values in Prolaborate Lifecycle Roadmap.

In my case the Lifecycle Configuration handles the MDG stereotype and TVs, but the dashboard + widget DOES NOT show any stereotypes in the dropdown (after selecting a proper package with proper elements of course).

Has anyone found a solution???

Got it... So you suggest to flush all t_obcjectproperties records where Property field equals my TAG name?... I'm not sure if I'm able to do it.

What I may not catch is the "converting" instructions. Do you mean creating a "raw" MDG (wothout TAGS) and publish it in model? And then add all tagged values back to the redefined stereotype in MDG Profile (generate + publish again)? What is "refreshing" tagged values?

OR you mean something like mass re-stereotyping them (all elements in repo) via script and then fill in all tags from xls (via script as well...).

Hi,

 I'm so confused... Here is my case:

I have build MDG with ArchiMate app component redefinition (all done inline with instructions, not first MDG in my life ). I've added number of tagged values AND:
1. I see them all element properties ONLY when I manually change element's stereotype (from any to my MDG one)
2. I see only part of all tags when I drag component from default ArchiMate toolbox... Stereotype looks fine, most of tags is on place... BUT some of them are not there!
3. To make it more funny: I see all tags of this element in... Prolaborate. In EA not.

Please help me....

Hi Guys,

Please advice me on Prolaborate Integration Map feature. I'm doing my best to visualise integrations, but Prolaborate does not show ANY available connection tyes and stereotypes for my ArchiMate_ApplicationComponent elements in repository... Can you help me with that? I tried plenty of connections between elements and none of them are showing in dropdown...

Hi,

I've expirienced "Data Cache is not generated!" many times in Prolaborate, but some sort of workarounds (like diagram regeneration / save, 'Create' button in Cloud options, etc) were helpful. Now I have number of diagrams that are fully resistent to those "fixes" and still are not being presented in Prolaborate... Do you have any ideas what shall I do (excluding cutting diagrams into pieces ).

Prolaborate version: 5.1.0.126
EA version: 16.0.1605

General Board / Set Active MDG for all users - how?

Hi again. It's worth mentioning here...

All my problems with redefinition not working as expected were caused by... [attention please] SPARX EA not being restarted after applying new MDG. That is so strange - I've been working with MDGs for some time and restart was never necessary (I was just removing old/importing new MDG).

So it is solved form me, but probably a case for SPARX team .
