General Board / Import Entity Relationship Diagram

Hello,
I have ERDs created in Visual Paradigm (that was the tool of choice) and now our tool of choice is SPARX Enterprise Architect.
I am not involved in choosing either tool.
What's the best way to import ERD into EA?
Any step by step instruction would be appreciated.
1. I guess 1st part of the question is independent of Visual Paradigm.
2. If someone has experience in moving from Visual Paradigm to EA...would really appreciate your input.
