General Board / Is Page Number in Broken in RTF templates?

Page numbering in RTF reports appears to not work.  I entered the page number instert in both the header and footer section and got no page numbers.  I put it in the content and got the page number repeated at each point in the loop.  Am I stupid (very possible) or is this a bug?

We strictly consider it to be a tool.  Just like MS Word or Oracle.  The model for EA is like the Document for Word of the actual database within Oracle.  Diagrams are views into the data.  (like queries in Oracle).
