General Board / Lane/Pool background color

Sorry if this question has already been answered, but here is my problem:

I changed the border width of my lane in BPMN2.0 diagram, and it changed the background color too (which I did not want changed).  Now, I cant change the color to what it was.  If I click on "Set to defaults" button on "Default Appearence ..." window, it changes color to orange (but that is not what the default was - default was orange which was transparent - i.e. no background).

As a (temporary) fix, I have set the background color to White, but it would be nice that "Set to defaults..." sets it to transaprent color. (as it is by default).

General Board / Different view of a business process?

Here is what I am trying to do:

I have a business process model done in BPMN (2.0).  Now I would like to annotate each activity with a data object (to show what goes in and what comes out), and in the end I would  like to be able to show a diagram with or without data objects.  

What would be the best way to do it?

Here are two options:
1) copy the existing diagram and annotate it with data objects.  I dont like this idea b/c if I change my original diagram/model, I have to change the annotated one.

2) annotate the existing diagram with data objects and then view it two different ways (one with data objects and another one without it).  Could one do this in EA (9.0)?

General Board / Business Process vs. Composite Activity

I am new to this ... sorry if I am posting this question to a wrong forum or if the question is too simple

BPMN2.0: Business Process toolbox has both Business Process and Activity items.  If more "complex" (or at least non-atomic) activities can be modelled using the Activity icon (as compound activities), and processes are modelled using pools, then why do we need Business Process item (in the toolbox)?

Uml Process / Generating XSD Schema

I have a class diagram with XSD types, and when I try to generate XSD schema (Code Engineering-> Generate XSD schema), I get the following error (in Progress text area on Generate XML schema dialog):

One or more Packages missing Fileame.

I get that message/error, even if I select "Prompt when Filename" checkbox.

Any help would be appreciated.
