Suggestions and Requests / Re: Default label (read) direction
« on: September 03, 2010, 04:58:21 pm »
Hi,

Thanks very much for your reply. Is there a way i could obtain that add-on? During modelling a semantic model (e.g, vocabulary etc) it is vital to understand the semantics of the connections between terms (facts). Without the direction arrow it becomes to difficult to understand the semantics.
I guess you even have the same problem in regular OO Domain and Conceptual Modelling.

If it is possible to share the add-on, could you provide me with an URL from which i can download it. Alternatively, we can exchange details via email.

Again, thanks very much

Suggestions and Requests / Default label (read) direction
« on: September 02, 2010, 07:19:14 pm »
It would be great if you could enable the small triangle on an association label specifiying by default
Meaning the arrow (shaped as a black triangle)  used to indicate the reading-direction of the label, not the navigatebility arrow on the association itself).

Now on each label you need to right-click and specify the direction of the label

Thanks.,

General Board / BPMN Link Data Object to sequence flow
« on: September 01, 2010, 07:41:45 pm »
Hi,

How in EA BPMN do you link a "Data Object" to a "sequence flow" (as for example shown in BPMN 1.1 specification Fig 9.40)

Thanks.,

General Board / soaML Packaging component ports/interfaces
« on: February 21, 2010, 12:05:53 am »
Hi,

The soaML "Packaging Component" is exactly what I need, however it does not seem to behave as a component - or perhaps I am missing something.
How do add a port and expose/require interfaces? With the standard component you just drop a port on it and you're off, with the "packaging component" this does not work. So how do you add ports/interfaces to it?

Thanks in advance

General Board / External items

Hi,

How would you link to an package/element in another project? Let's say I want to manage components on an enterprise level in separate EAP files, how would one project then reference this component and still be able to add for example operations to one of the interfaces?

Perhaps there is a completely different way of achieving this “Enterprise-view” feature?

Thanks,

Raphael
