Export Package to XML (Encoding)

I´m getting an error when trying to export a package to XML. The message is "switch from current encoding to specified encoding not supported".

I supposed that changing Code Page in Options would be enough.... but doesn´t work.

Repair/Reinstall doesnt work either  

Any ideas?

The probelm seems to be related to some configuration on Windows XP or EA (3.60 R656)

When tried the same in another pc it works fine.

I will keep informing...
