Printers
« on: May 31, 2013, 02:06:14 am »
I need to purchase a new printer and am considering a color laser as they now cost as much as a monochrome. My questions are:

1.  Do EA users print much at all?
2.  Do EA users print in color, (i.e.) is color a benefit or needed?

thanks,

NewIsrael

I print a lot.

My customers like colour.

It's particularly useful to call attention to model elements which need further discussion.

Using EA's requirement status (in colour) is a very useful tool when work shopping sets of requirements.

I forgot: if you buy a printer, make it handle at least A3. I find printing only useful if you have large oversight diagrams you want to discuss in groups. Color is a must have.
