Ellipsis for truncated Notes

When Notes are displayed on a diagram, but the diagrammer has decided to truncate the notes that are visible (that is, the number of characters to display is LESS than the number of characters in the notes text), then an ellipsis (...) should be displayed at the end of the visible text - in line with usual convention.

Thoughts?

Use Feature and Compartment Visibility [Ctrl+Shift+Y] to set the length of the notes field display.

Even the Note element should allow the visible length to be specified.

Even the tool-tip for the Note element, truncates and places an ellipsis!
