v14 Responsibilites Window mouse navigation

Greeting!
In v14 , once I access Responsibilities (Overview, Requirements, Scenarios, Constraints) window, mouse pointer position changed to be under that window if I access Requirements tab or Constraints tab

Sounds like you should report that to Spark.  It also sounds like one of the things one of the Sparxians mentioned being a known bug recently.
