Questions on Class Diagram

Hi All,
  I am new to Enterprise Architect and have the following questions on class diagrams. I am using version 9.0 and code in C#.
1) I could see the stereo type "Property" on both the attribute section and operations section under Class properties-->Detail page. What exactly is the difference..?
2 ) The help page @  http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/10/software_engineering/csharp_conventions.html  talks about a few tagged values; but I can't find anything on the Properties  --> Tagged Values page. Do we need to manually add these tagged values..?
3)  How do I add private set properties of C# to the class diagram?
4) How to add generic parameters to class?
