It'd be great if the Corporate EA, using a database repository, had a web portal that allowed at least read-only access to the model.  I understand that HTML reports can be generated, but this is short of having a real-time portal that covers requirements, the model, project management, etc.

Perhaps a proprietary portal, or something that integrates into something like Trac or Collabnet.
