Profiled classes using metafiles

When creating a UML profile, you can include a set of alternative images.  You can also use shapescript to use these same images.

However I cannot see any way of creating a profiled stereotype that uses a metafile image (ie alternate image) by default.

What I want is to craete a new element on a diagfram have have it automatically use the alternative image.

Am I missing something?   :-?
