Run State dialog uses grey text for variables (hard to read)

In the above dialog (if you squint your eyes) you can see more variable below the highlighted one.

These are unreadable.

Has anyone found a setting which determines the color for this text? And can I change it?

I can work around the problem but clicking on each row to get the grey background colour making the variable name readable. But...

No idea how one can offer styles which actually render unreadable text passages.
