Sparx unable to Open an internal artifact that is PowerPoint

Hi, I'm not able to open any document/internal artifact when I'm in EA Sparx.  I used the drag and drop method to store documents (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as internal artifacts.  When I click on the Word or Excel internal artifacts (documents), they open just fine.  But when I click on a PowerPoint internal artifact, nothing happens.  I can create the PowerPoint just fine right from MS PowerPoint directly. But when I drag and drop it into Sparx as an internal artifact, I can't open it.

I'm running EA Sparx v15 on Windows 10.
Please advise or provide any insight into what is wrong.
