EA16.1 Background colour bug using Styles and text elements

EA16.1 has a different behaviour in rendering text elements (compared with EA15) as it takes into account the background colour.
As a result I noticed that models achieved with EA15 with the default background as rendered in this version with a transparent background, need to be explicitly updated to use the background default colour to achieve transparency in EA16.

Using Styles i.e. saving the font settings for a text element, I came across the following bug: applying the style on a new diagram leads to a light pink background colour (with the default theme) whereas the style was saved with a text element rendering with a transparent background.
