problems enabling security

Hello,

I have recently upgraded to EA v3.60 (corporate edition) and wish to enable security on a particular project.

I select

project > security > enable security and paste in the security key given on the sparsystems website

I close EA an open it up, but I am not prompted to enter a username/password as the help suggests - what am I doing wrong?  

EA v3.60.637

Any help would be appreciated

There is a text file that you get when you purchase and which contains your registration key as well as the security-enabling key.

Perhaps give that a try.

Thanks for the suggestion Phil,

The security enabling key I was provided with in the email is the same one that is posted on the website so still no porgress -  could it be that I am doing something wrong

B.T.W. I have upgraded to build 5.60.638 to see if that made any difference

Does the key you've entered surrounded by {} symbols?

eg. should be entered in the form:

{F0******-****-****-****-*********249}
