Bug in check-in process

Hallo all! I'm back, but unfortunatelly for a bug  
I use Enterprise Architect Corporate edition integrated with MKS as a SCC software.
During the check-in process, three windows should pop-up: one during the XML conversion of the package (EA window), one when the package is ready to be checked in (EA window) and another one with the check-in configuration (MKS window). The problem is, when this third window appears, if you tab for another software to be active, the EA crashes...the check-in process will go on: you just have to minimize all of the windows and confirm the MKS pop-up window, but you have to close EA.
Does anyone have the same problem with the same or other MKS tool?
