EA 4.51 build 747

I read the following in the download page for the latest build:

"Note that version 4.51 of Enterprise Architect will upgrade any models created with previous versions of EA. We recommend you back up your earlier models before opening with version 4.5 in case of any unexpected problem. Also be aware that models upgraded to 4.51 cannot be opened with versions 3.60 or earlier."

I was going to try this new build but we have several people on the team who are using 4.5. If I start using 4.51, will other user experience problems because the format of the EAP file is now diferent ?

Also I haven't seen the patch/zip file to upgrade from 4.5. Is 4.51 too big a change for that ? Do I need to unistall first ?

The download page is a bit misleading.  It should be something more like this.

Note that version 4.51 of Enterprise Architect will upgrade any models created with versions 3.60 or earlier of EA . We recommend you back up your earlier models before opening with version 4.51 in case of any unexpected problem. Also be aware that models upgraded to 4.51 cannot be opened with versions 3.60 or earlier.

There isn't a patch file from 4.5 to 4.51.  Although it's a fairly big change I think this is more because of the increase in version number.  The installer for 4.51 will uninstall any previous version.
