Question on establishing generalization
« on: March 24, 2006, 07:42:59 am »
When I add a class to a diagram, and then add a generalization to a parent class, I get a dialog box titled "Override Operations/Interfaces" and then a checkbox list of all of the operations (but, apparently, not the attributes) of the parent class.  I can then check the checkboxes of the operations I wish to override in the derived class.

My question is, how can I get that dialog box back later, so that I can add to or delete from the list of operations I want to override?

I realize I can manually delete and add operations (and attributes) but that checkbox dialog is pretty handy and I'd like to be able to use it again without having to delete and re-establish the generalization.

EA version is 6.1.788.

Thanks...

Click on the class with overrides. Select Element/Advanced/Override...
