Manage Searches
« on: March 23, 2012, 01:05:59 am »
Good morning.

I have been able to create some useful searches for controlling document generation in RTF documents but would like to share them. Currently, they are only available to myself. Is there a way to have them appear in the list of searches to other members of the team.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

You can create a MDG just including the searches.

Just in case you missed it: you can always export searches from the 'Manage searches...' view.
Select the ones you want to share, others can subsequently import them.

All true, but it would still be nice to have the distinction between central searches (stored in the model) and personal searches (stored locally)
