MACRO recognission

I have big project with  a lot of macros.
I would like to reverse engineer this projects so I can keep their modeling and docs up-to-date.

Though macros have a clear naming convention in all my projects (*_API) the only way to recognized them for EA is enering them one by one, which is hardly realistic in a projects with 500 classes libs.

it would be very helpfull if I could add the language macros list somthing like "*_API" and it would ercognise all macros alone.

Is it something dificult to aplly?
