Undelete

We are deploying Enterprise Architect with a Oracle database backend to a 100+ user environnement.

Of course, we do take backups every single night.

Could it be possible to have some sort of "undelete" functionality ?

The whole restore/export/import process is very long and with such a big user base, errors are prone to happen.

I am thinking of a new checkbox that would show deleted artefacts (including diagrams and packages) in the the project browser.

I have no ideas how this could work with deleted links.

Consider using baselining for this purpose.
This is the recommended way of creating snapshots and merge the changes back into the model if required. If carefully applied this works.
