Pro Cloud Server Express vs Pro Cloud Service

I already read both specifications on:

http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/procloudserver/pcs-express.html and http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/procloudserver/

but I still have some questions regarding these products:

Pro Cloud Server Express:
The page states
"Pro Cloud Server Express allows an unlimited number of Enterprise Architect Licenses to connect to the repository.
Pro Cloud Server Express licenses govern the number of WebEA connections."

What does it mean? Is it allow an unlimited number of Enterprise Architect that installed on a desktop to connect to the repository? Since on the same page, it also states that there is 5 increment user limitation. Which user that referred?

How many models that can be hosted? I see that on the Pro Cloud Server there are the limitation based on the edition.

What kind of database that supported by this product?

Pro Cloud Server:
Is it the model limitation that applies to Small Business Edition and Team Server Edition means that the maximum number refer to model/database table that able to host?

I have worked only with PCS complete edition and so, I am not aware how PCS Express works.

The number of models refer to the number of EA Projects or databases that can be enabled at a single point in time. There is no limit to the number of connections you can add to PCS.
