Connector Label Misplaced on Several PCs (6 from 8 PCs)

Is there any setting that I could alter to make sure the diagram shown consistently across PCs?

I got BPMN diagram on EA repository that hosted on MySQL.I got 8 people in a team that work together to fill the repository with various Business Process Diagram. We are using Enterprise Architect 14.1 that released on this Februari 2019.

All BPMN diagram that hosted on MySQL server is perfectly displayed on 2 PCs. 6 PCs displayed the SequenceFlow label wrong. It is off by several pixel. I already check every possible setting to tune the labels, but it still persists.

I already scouring the help, forum, and internet for solution. I have contacting Sparx Systems via priority email and replied. The solution given has not solve this issue.

There's not much you can do. People can alway alter settings locally. The zoom will in many cases change the rendering. Also you can set different fonts or the diagram background individually. You can distribute various settings by shadowing the registry part for EA. But the only thing that really helps is good training for all users.

I'm guessing that those users have altered the default font to be larger.

You can set a font in your model to ensure that they can't do that. Then encourage the use of the slider in the status bar for users that find it too small to read easily.

This kink of behavior is normal for us. Years ago we were worried about this, but this is normal now, so we just ignore this. Not the answer you want, but the answer maybe you need.
