Anyone else having problems printing diagrams with V15?
I have some A3 Poster size diagrams that print fine with V14.1 but don't print in V15.
This is a show stopper for us moving to V15.

Having the same printer problem with build 1508. Reported the bug with 1507 and Sparx Systems confirm its a bug. Nothing about when it might be fixed.
So I guess we'll be staying on V14.1 until its fixed.

Disappointingly build 1509 still has the print problem

Hey, I've tried searching for your issue based on your email, "print", "a3", "poster" and "1507".

I may be blind, but I couldn't find anything close to what you're describing with any of my searches. Do you have an issue id that I can look up?

I've just tried with build 1510 and bug is still there.

I originally reported the issue with a sample model to reproduce on 9/8/2019.
Title "Printing diagrams fails to print the whole page"

Hope you guys can fix this soon as its preventing us upgrading.

Based on what it's been marked as a duplicate of, the error is particular to scaling the diagram to a particular number of pages. Maybe disabling that will be a valid workaround for you.

I can't promise a timeframe, but the issue is being looked at.

I've just tried that tip by disabling scale to page on the diagram on V15 Build 1510. It indeed prints the diagram much better but across multiple pages as expected. There are a few elements (boundary) whose colour appears to be bleached. That is the colour is a lot fainter compared to other elements with the same colour. i.e. same RGB code for Fill shape.
I do have a vague memory of a similar problem with a new version of Sparx EA being unable to print diagrams properly that are scaled now you've mentioned it. Not sure how many years back but I'd guess around 2 to 5 years.

I am having the same problem: printing 'scale to 1 page' diagrams on EA 15 build 1510 results in a blank frame only printout.

Turning off scale to page is sort of a workaround if you can cope with printouts over multiple pages:

Right click diagram
Select Properties
Select Diagram
Select Advanced under Page Setup
Turn off 'Scale to 1 Page'

A better workaround (for me) is leave 'Scale to 1 Page' on and then use print to PDF and separately print the PDF:

On the ribbon, select 'Publish'
Under 'Print' select 'Print to PDF'

Please, please, please can you expedite a fix for this issue. It's a huge problem for our project. We just paid for a new subscription to get access to v15 but we can't us it.

I've just downloaded Build 1511 and tested the printer problem I had with scaled diagrams. Happy to report its fixed and all good now

The bug exists in 1510, which I believe is the latest build.
