Is it possible to access PCS with EA automation?

I would like to create multiple issues in Jira from EA requirements. Or to update some elements properties in EA automaticaly when changes happen in Jira

No Pcs integration doesn't provide support for creating JIRA items from EA.

To Update JIRA changes in EA there isn't any automation available in PCS integration.
Manually you can do it if the Jira and EA items were already linked. EA Pcs integration will display an indicator on the top of the linked EA item. Using
Pull - Update Local Element with External Data on top of the item will update EA item with the changes happened in JIRA.
