Automatic glossary list based on report content
« on: December 31, 2022, 03:30:58 am »
Hi. Is there any one knowing how to select (manualy/script) those terms in Sparx glossary used in generated report and got those as glossary list as apendix in generated report?
My whole glossary is about 28 pages when printed, but only 30 terms is used in my specific report

The eaDocX generator has always done this. If you want a glossary, it scans your whole document, including the bits which you typed manually, and creates a glossary from only those terms which are used in the document. And it refreshes each time you re-generate the document.

Okey nice. Does it use the Glossary built in Sparx EA or does it have its own list?

Uses the Sparx repository information - both the old-style one, and the new style which uses elements for each glossary entry.
