How to narrow string in "resp" field of

Hello everyone,  

Does soeone know if there is a way to resize automatically (or even manually)  the with of a character string appearing in the "Responsibilities" field of a class ? It is very annoying little problem.

Is there an add-in for that purpose ? or something to set up somewhere ?
