SysML Requirements on Excel utility is intended to help users use Excel as a requirement authoring tool for Enterprise Architect. Engage the wider System Engineering teams to add requirements to the model directly without the hassle of manual import/reconciliation. Specifically designed for SysML requirements, the utility lets users document SysML compliant requirements and any derived relationships using a simple Matrix view in Microsoft Excel.
An enhanced Visio Import utility to specifically focus on BPMN diagrams. Convert your Visio diagrams that were created using Visio BPMN Stencils and create equivalent BPMN Diagrams in Enterprise Architect. The importer focuses on configuring the type of connectors (Sequence Flow, Message Flow), activity Types (Task Type, Activity Types, etc.) and granular details of BPMN to create ready to use BPMN diagrams in Enterprise Architect.
Microsoft Visio Importer imports shapes and diagrams from Microsoft Visio diagrams. This Visio importer can be used to reduce the effort in recreating Visio Diagrams in Enterprise Architect and can be seen as a first cut to convert Visio shapes into UML Shapes.
The Excel Importer tool allows the user to import Excel workbook contents as model elements. It also involves adding/updating UML Elements, Connectors, Attributes, Methods, Test Scripts, Use Cases, Glossary, and Tagged Values to Enterprise Architect. Hierarchical data import from Microsoft Excel to Enterprise Architect is also supported.
The Excel Exporter utility allows users to publish Enterprise Architect models content including Elements, Connectors, Attributes, Methods, Use Cases, Glossary, and Tagged Values as Excel Workbooks. Users also have the flexibility to generate the model contents to a pre-formatted Excel worksheet.
PowerPoint integration provides easy access to Enterprise Architect's model repository within PowerPoint presentations. You can insert references to the model, use hyperlinked model element names, insert diagrams as images and tabulate package contents on slides (Elements and Connectors). References can be refreshed when required to fetch the latest model information, automatically updating the PowerPoint slides!
The Word Importer tool brings Requirements, Use Cases, Glossary, Processes, Classes, Connectors and other data from Word documents into Enterprise Architect as model elements. The Word Importer provides a step-by-step approach that helps you map items such as sections, tables, and delimited name-value pairs to Enterprise Architect elements and properties – including defining custom-tagged values.
