Technology Authoring

There have been no updates to the Help in respect to these changes:

  • Shape-scripted labels will now be loaded and drawn correctly for extended elements in a profile.

Simulation

New Model Wizard patterns have been added for Matlab Solver, Octave Solver, Executable Business States and Win32 UI simulation, contained in Perspectives in a separate Simulation Perspective category. This category also includes Perspective Sets for SysML with Modelica, Executable StateMachine, BPSIM and Decision Modeling Perspectives.

See the Model Perspectives and Types of Perspective Help topics.

There have been no updates to the Help in respect to these changes:

  • 'At Literals' are now supported for DMN Decision Table input and output.
  • The DMN Expression Parser has been enhanced to support multiple 'At Literals' in the Expression.
  • DMN simulation performance has been improved by avoiding repeated evaluation of dependent decisions.
  • Simulation:
         -  SysML Simulation has been updated to handle new versions of Modelica/OpenModelica
         -  SysML Simulation has been updated to conform to the latest SysPhS 1.1 specification
         -  A new 'pre-process' option has been added to SysML simulation; when enabled
this will pre-process the model according the SysPhS specifications
         -  Various improvements have been made to SysML Simulation using SysPhS
  • DMN Simulation and Debugging have had multiple improvements:
         -  Runtime evaluation on all variables is supported by explicitly defining variable scope before usage
         -  DMN Decision Table's priority order is supported for output with number type
  • The DMN Validator has been enhanced to capture 'At Literal' expression errors and mistyped class and member function names.
  • The issue with SysML Modelica Simulation that could result in necessary Modelica Simulation files failing to generate has been corrected.
  • A new 'Simulation' perspective category has been added, grouping all simulation perspectives in one menu.

Code Engineering

There have been no updates to the Help in respect to these changes:

  • Intellisense has been improved:
         -  The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Space now shows a method signature
parameter list instead of an autocomplete list (Ctrl+Space can still be used
            for the autocomplete list)
         -  Method signature tooltips now always show full parameter information
         -  Method signature tooltips highlight the current parameter under the text cursor
         -  When the tooltip auto show and hide are applied has been improved
         -  When to show autocomplete has been improved
  • The Code Editor and associated Structure Tree have had general improvements.
  • In Data Modeling, the Import DDL Schema browser button now supports the selection of any supported database.
  • [Internal] The Language option on the 'Object Options' dialog has been corrected to show the object's own options other than user preference options.

Publishing

There have been no updates to the Help in respect to these changes:
