Review Status Locks Page

When a review is being performed on an element, a point will be reached when input and comments have been made, perhaps changes also made, and the Reviewer Managers need to consider the current situation before asking for more comment. Alternatively, the review of that element is complete and no further input is required. In either case, you can lock the element under review against the posting of any further discussion topics or responses. To do this, you identify one or more element status values that, if an element has that status, will lock the review.

Access

Ribbon

Settings > Model > Options | Review Status Locks

Start > Collaborate > Review | Manage Reviews | Right-click on a Review (left hand side) or element (right hand side) | Review Status Locks

Start > Collaborate > Review | Review : Hamburger icon | Review Status Locks

Set Locking Status

Simply select the checkbox against each status that will lock the element against any further review postings, then click on the Close button.

The status values offered are drawn from the list defined on the 'Status' page of the 'General Types' dialog (Settings > Reference Data > Model Types > General Types > Status).
