"element list" view missing in 9.3?

i am new to EA, using 9.3 and looking for the "element list" view that is referred to in the help docs and so many guides. can someone please tell  me where to find it?

You can right-click the diagram background and select "List View" or from the main menu go Diagram > Switch to > List View.

thank you, this is as i suspected.

i intuitively expected the "list view" to represent the complete contents of the package, not just of a diagram. is that perhaps why the Show Element List context menu item in the Project Browser was replaced with Package Browser which does just that?
